Cancellation Policy
We accept cancelations up to 72h before the booking time. No money will be refunded for cancelations with less than 72h notice.
There are no cancelations due to weather related issues, rain coats will be provided free of charge in case of need.
The customers has read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS and accepts them. No refund will be done if the customer can’t provide the needed documents, deposit or can’t meet the driving requirements for the vehicles booked.
No refunds will be done if the client is not able to drive the vehicle because of lack of skills.
The booking will be cancelled if the customer is more than 1h late for the starting time of the booking, no refund will be done.
If the customer shows signs of drug or alcohol use the booking will be cancelled without refund.
